Method
- Clean the salmon by removing the bones and scaling the skin.
- Roll the salmon in the sesame seeds place in the fridge to rest.
- place the rice and water in a sauce pan and bring to the simmer. Place a lid and turn down to the lowest setting. Cook for about 20 minutes until tender.
- Mix the Vinegar, sugar and salt together allow the sugar to dissolve
- Add the vinegar mixture to the warm rice and stir until mixed.
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the prepared salmon fillets until cooked through
- Meanwhile stir fry the greed beans in some oil and at the last minute add the oyster sauce.
- for serving begin with a layer of rice then some seaweed sheet and alternate until you have enough.
- Top with the green beans and finally the salmon
- Add some pickled ginger to the top of the salmon
- Drizzle some sesame oil on and around the plate.
