French Bread

Ingredients

• 300 ml Water
• 2 teaspoons
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
• 2 teaspoons Sugar
• 500g (3 1/3 cups) Bread flour
• 1 1/4 teaspoons Dry yeast

Directions

Throw everything into the bread maker tin in the order of the ingredients.
SETTING: FRENCH: A-Light, B-Medium or C-Dark
