Crab and Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 250g of Philadelphia cream cheese (soft)
- 3/4 finely chopped onion
- 1 3/4 tsp of crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Spicy red sauce (Fountain brand)
- Tinned or fresh crab meat
- Parsley chopped
Method
- Mix cream cheese, onion, garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce together.
- Spread mixture into a shallow dish.
- Pour a thin layer of spicy tomato sauce on top of mix
- Sprinkle the crab meat on top of this
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley
