Crab and Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 250g of Philadelphia cream cheese (soft)
  • 3/4 finely chopped onion
  • 1 3/4 tsp of crushed garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • Spicy red sauce (Fountain brand)
  • Tinned or fresh crab meat
  • Parsley chopped

Method

  1. Mix cream cheese, onion, garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce together.
  2. Spread mixture into a shallow dish.
  3. Pour a thin layer of spicy tomato sauce on top of mix
  4. Sprinkle the crab meat on top of this
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
