Pork with Peppercorns

Method
- Combine the pork and curry paste.
- Heat 1 tablespoon on oil in a wok and stir fry meat for 3 minutes or until just cooked. Remove and set aside
- heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and add the chillies and green beans, stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar and peppercorns and stir until combined
- Return pork to the wok and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Stir through some basil leaves and serve on steamed rice topped with more basil leaves.
