Impossible Citrus Pie

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 cup desecrated coconut
• Rind of 1 lemon
• Rind of 1 orange
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup plain flour

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C

Mix all ingredients until well combined

Pour mixture into a greased pie tin

Bake for about 50 minutes or until it is almost set in the center

Substitutes

• Lime for lemon or orange
• Passion fruit for orange and lemon
