Moroccan Rub Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper -- coarsely ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • Method

    1. Combine all spices in a dry pan and gently heat to release the flavors. The rub can be used on lamb or any other meat.
