African fish curry rub

Ingredients

  • 56 grams Dry red chiles
  • 56 Grams Coriander seeds
  • 15 grams Cumin
  • 7 grams Turmeric
  • 7 grams Mustard seeds
  • Method

    1. Combine all ingredients in a spice blender/coffee grinder and blend to a fine powder.
    2. Pour powder into a dry pan and warm until the flavors are released.
    3. Powder can be stored in an air tight container or in a zip lock bag

    This curry powder ca be rubbed on fish or other meat prior to grilling for a spicy change
