Mango Lassi
Ingredients
Makes 2
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 cup Greek style natural yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Place the whole lot in the blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately
Substitute
Replace the Mango with strawberriesAdd some 3-4 crushed cardamom seeds to the blender
