Chilli Furikake

INGREDIENTS
2 sheets nori (sushi seaweed)
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
5 grams bonito flakes
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chilli powder

METHOD
toast the nori sheets under the grill for a few seconds until crispy
Toast the black and white sesame seeds
Crumble the nori sheets into a food processor and process for 2 minutes
Add the bonito flakes and process for another 30 seconds
Add the sugar salt and chilli and pulse until combined
Stir through the sesame seeds
Store in an airtight container untik ready to use.

Can be used to sprinke over cooked rice or other dishes to finish them off.
