Banana and honey loaf

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
 - Combine butter and sugar in food processor for 1 minute or until lighter in colour
 - Add the egg and process until combined
 - heat 1 tablespoon of the honey in the microwave until runny. Add the warm honey and banana to the food processor and blend until smooth
 - Add the flour and cinnamon, blend until combined
 - Spoon evenly into a 22 x 12cm greased and lined loaf tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes or when you insert a skewer it comes out clean
 - Leave in teh tin for 5 minutes
 - Turn out onto a wire rack. Warm the remaining honey and brush it over the loaf.
 - Serve warm or cool.
