Mango Lassi

Ingredients

Makes 2

  • 1 large ripe mango
  • 1 cup Greek style natural yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place the whole lot in the blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
  2. Serve immediately

Substitute

Replace the Mango with strawberries
Add some 3-4 crushed cardamom seeds to the blender
